    Wood Spinner Stand Block Hat Mold Millinery Form
    Approximate measurements and weight:
    18 6/8" circumference at base,
    2 6/8" tall plus  1" for spindle, 1 lb and 7 ounces
    This is part of a collection from a hat shop that operated from about the 1930s to the 1960s.  I don't know if the item was bought "new" or "used" for use in the shop, so the item could be older.
