Each vintage item is unique and one-of-a-kind vintage and must be expected to have normal wear for their age. All of our items are pictured and described.  If an item returns as an unclaimed package we are not responsible for any shipping fees and the item will be relisted unless the buyer asks for item to be reshipped at their own expense.
Lost Packages:
- For all parcels, I provide a tracking number. There are cases as soon as the parcel leaves its country or is in the transit zone, it cannot be tracked, but after a while the ability to see the location of the parcel is restored !
- If the package is not visible for more than 30 days after sending - write to me - and I submit a search application - after a while the parcel can be tracked again - the parcels are NOT LOST, they may be delayed (unfortunately!)
