Vntg Bracelet Gold Tone Siam Thailand Black Cabochon Nature Birds Butterfly 8"

Description

Offered here is a vintage bracelet from Thailand/Siam which my Grandmother owned back in the 1940-50s. It is a heavy linked gold-tone bracelet, measuring approximately 8" long, and features round black cabochons with carved and inlayed nature scenes in gold and silver metal. The scenes appear to be little plants and flowers with birds and butterflies flitting about. They each are securely set into heavier gold tone base circles, all connected by round ball links. The push clasp closure is tight and secure and it has a safety chain in place. The gold tone is minimally worn evenly on the underside (she wore it often) and does not appear compromised anywhere. No markings to be found. The metal inlay in each scene could be shined up, but I will leave that up to you.
Other than what I have described, it is a fine working vintage bracelet which has stood up to my Grandma's wear and the test of time. A lovely substantial piece which comes to you in great condition from my clean, non-smoking home!
