You are considering this Beautiful Vintage Show-Stoppers Doll.  It’s a Bear named WOODY.  This is a Plush Baby Doll with a Porcelain Face that looks like it is crying.  This rare Doll is from the “Born To Be Wild” Series.  Condition is Used, but still has its tags and box.  The Doll looks like new, the box shows signs of wear.
