I believe the steel bar behind the head does not belong originally to the old. someone had unprofessionally wielded on after it was retired from the factory. it can be easily grinded off.
Good condition,surface rust, stains, residue substance on mold,
I believe doll mold is made of copper,non magnetic, if not copper it would be brass, possible 1940's or 1950's
