    Description

    This is a ten page menu from Salishan, the high end Oregon Coast restaurant.  It features a with "Le Boeuf Bourguignon" for .25 with a full dinner.  The costliest dinner on the menu is "Prime Filet Steak and Lobster" for .95.  I think that the prices date the menu to about 1965.  It has some stains on the man dinner pages but is otherwise in fine condition.  It is 12 & 1/8" by 8" bound by staples.  Someone has written a pale "souvenir" on the front page.
