Vintage Hat Block Millinery Crown Wood Form and stand

Description

Vintage Hat Block Millinery Crown Wood Form and stand. I do not know anything about this item other than its for stretching hats. Block has some splits ,nicks ,scratches that seem to be normal for its age and don't look like any would affect its use and only adds character for display. I wiped the dust off but will let next owner clean it correctly.  Underside of Block marked with 5 ⅝, 6⅞, 520 and a F & X. I don't know who F & X is but I have other auctions (different sizes)  with same F & X markings (one says F & X Pittsburgh). The stand has same signs of wear as Block.  The pin in the middle does come out of the base but holds the Block well. There are no markings for identification  Please use pictures for best description on the base. Please ask any questions. Item is sold as found.
