Vintage Dressed Sparrow Ceramic/Pottery Creamer or Planter McCoy?

tall. Excellent condtion. No chips or hairline cracks. On the bottom is

SPARROW PAT 11372
”
This looks like a McCoy piece but not sure. There is a hole in his mouth so I am labeling him as a creamer but he can be used as a planter for small succulents and such.  A pre-owned vintage item so there is most likely some imperfections to the item.
