Vintage 1980’s Wendy’s Restaurant Logo Watch & Christmas Bear. Condition is "Used".
Wow! The watch is really nice and solidly built. You'll have to wind it up to keep it running. No battery. It does keep time. It's a heavy watch and the band is also metal and fully functional. One of a kind surviving piece as I would assume these have been lost to time. The watch crystal does have 2 cracks in it, but you can't feel it, nor does it impede the functionality of the watch. I kept it wound and it kept good time for me for the short time I tested it, but after being in a watch cocoon, it may need a cleaning, or just using it would bring it up to speed. The watch face is a little faded, but still in very good, readable shape.
The bear is one of the Furskin Bears that were popular in the middle 1980's and is in very good shape. The Christmas tag is a bit crumpled, but it still looks fine in my opinion.
Very rare lot. I do have a vintage 1980's Wendy's nylon logo windbreaker jacket and a bunch of vintage Wendy's bumper stickers in other auctions too.
