The assembly is in a virus-free environment, however all surfaces were wiped with disinfectant, cables included.     The
    MXL770
    is mounted on a boom stand modified to provide additional adjustments. Its tripod is equipped with a dual-layer pop filter, a microphone shock mount, a preamplifier with variable gain and phantom power and the USB audio adapter. Audio cables are professional grade shielded 97.5% connected in balanced mode for low electrical interference and are attached to the stand with clips. The stand has multiple points of length and angle adjustment.
    If the MXL assembly is plugged into a PC, Windows 10 will self install a "USB PnP Sound Device", allowing the microphone to be defined as an input in Sound Settings. The microphone sensitivity can be trimmed from the low-distortion ROLLS preamplifier. The existence of a hardware preamp allows for a higher signal to (quantization) noise ratio for lower level sounds. Everything functions like new.
