Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, please return it to us within

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all tags, parts and accessories.
Return Instructions
Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return and/or exchange instructions.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Netpinky processes all returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned items to our warehouse. The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately, within 3 business days. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
Please note that all unauthorized returns will be refused.
All unclaimed packages might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.
