This is a rare original 8" X 10" inch double weight press photograph of composer MEREDITH WILLSON with ROBERT PRESTON, SHIRLEY JONES, RON HOWARD and other cast members of the Warner Bros. motion picture "THE MUSIC MAN", either boarding or disembarking from their United Airlines chartered flight. Based on the 1957 Broadway stage production of the MEREDITH WILLSON musical comedy hit "THE MUSIC MAN", the film starred ROBERT PRESTON as "Harold Hill", the role he originated on Broadway and SHIRLEY JONES as "Marian Paroo". Other cast members included BUDDY HACKETT, PAUL FORD, HERMINOE GINGOLD, PERT KELTON, RONNY HOWARD, SUSAN LUCKEY, MARY WICKES, PEGGY MONDO, ADNIA RICE, TIMMY EVERETT and THE BUFFALO BILLS .....
