This is beautiful just as something to set around even if you never intend to use it. It has a gorgeous patina. Imagine all the leaves that were actually made with this. This is a really rare 3 piece set that's complete. First, there is the cutter. It's 5 1/4 inches long and the cutter head is about 1 1/4 inches across and 2 inches long. Still sharp and ready to use. The cutter is made of iron. There is also a 2 part leaf mold complete with top and bottom. The bottom part is made of iron and is 7 1/2 inches long including the wood handle. The top is about 2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches across and 3/4 inch deep of solid brass. When the top veiner and bottom are put together it's 1 1/2 inches thick. This is stamped A. Arrigoni. This is an unusual triangular shaped leaf mold. Would make a unique little leaf. This is quite usable and you could actually cut and form a leaf today exactly how it was done years ago. Wonderful also just for display. Has a great patina. If you wanted you could polish the brass to its original color and clean up the iron bottom. The 3 pieces together weigh about 2 pounds so this is a substantial and serious tool. Yes I combine shipping. Or will do a refund if you overpay.
