Booklet. It's BIG and BEAUTIFUL!  Condition is SUPERB...Really! I am really
picky about dating things as best as I can. I think the seller should certainly
have that information, if at all possible. The letter head says "5-46." That's 1946 to me. PLUS...there's a message to visit Oregon from then Governor Earl Snell.
He was in office between 1943 and 1947. So, it's from May of 1946. That's when I
was born. But I digress...

CONDITION:
It's been only gently used. Condition is SUPERB! It even comes with a note from the Oregon State Highway Commission, dating it at 1946. When opened, it measures 16 inches, with both pages opened, When all folded-up, it measures, ready to ship, it's 4 1/4 x 9 inches. It has 29 pages,  Like I said...SUPERB! It comes from an Old Portland, Oregon non-smoking Estate.
