Very cute Pixie Hat Block, Size 22 5/8, with a made-to-match riser same size.
(You could definitely dowel-pin these together to create a string groove)!
This is a fairly recent hat block, made less than 20 years ago, we'd guess.

Made to Order, in fact, by my friend "JK" -- her initials burned into the base and riser.
7 3/8" x 6 ¾" at the base, so it's almost-round.
About 5 ¼ " talk to the peak. The riser gives you another 3/8" in height (or a string groove).
Circumference is 22 5/8"
The crown block weighs 2 pounds, with another 7 ounces for the base.
Fairly new and in like new condition.
