Perfect Prep Under Eye Brightener is developed with a soft yellow shade that not only HYDRATES under the eye it counters blue tones and helps mask the appearance of dark circles!
This lightweight, oil-free, gel-like formula creates the look of flawless hydrated skin that lasts!
To use:
Simply dab a very small amount of product on your ring finger, pat your fingers together and apply under your eyes and in the inner and outer corners of the eye.
Instead of rubbing, gently pat the product into your skin.
TIP:  A little goes a long way, less is more!  And I mean less is more!   A tiny pin-point amount is all that you need to cover dark circles under the eyes!  You can always go back and add more if you need to.  And BONUS, this product will last and last!!!
TIP: Wears all day!   Can apply under or over your foundation (whatever you prefer).  If wearing a liquid foundation, would apply foundation before concealer.  If using a powder foundation, apply concealer first.

Returns
– Please view pictures posted and review item description.  I strive to describe the product as accurately and detailed as possible so that you know what you are purchasing.  I will accept returns within 7 days of delivery receipt if there is an error or shipping issue, provided that the item returned is received in NEW and unused condition with product seals and original packaging intact.  Seller reserves the right to require further proof of condition of item if damaged in shipment.  If further proof is required and asked of buyer and not received, no refund will be provided.   No returns will be accepted with swimwear, intimate apparel, cosmetic and beauty purchases due to hygiene reasons following Ebay policy.  There are no returns accepted on electronics.
Shoe Returns:
