JC-5463-FLHHAROLD PEARY Contact Sheet & Negatives FIBBER McGEE & MOLLY FAME Melodyland M604
This one of many original pieces of art from the estate of Rolland Hendrickson ~ a well-known photographer and artist from the 1960s and 70s. We are listing original photographs, negatives, and art from his vast archive. We hope you'll take a look at other treasures from his collection under our store category 'Rolland Hendrickson estate'.
Original contact sheet and the negatives for all the images seen. The negatives are stored - just as the photographer Rolland Hendrickson left them- in an envelope pasted to the back of the contact sheet.
Ten images show Harold Peary. Harold Peary was an actor, comedian and singer in radio, films, television and animation remembered best as Throckmorton P. Gildersleeve, a supporting character on radio's Fibber McGee & Molly that moved to its own radio hit, The Great Gildersleeve, the first known spinoff hit in American broadcasting history.
I believe Harold Peary was performing in The Music Man at Melodyland. Probably between 1963-1966.
Rolland
Hendrickson photographed many stars of stage, screen & television that performed in plays and musicals and one-man-shows at the Melodyland & Carousel Theatres in Southern California back in the 1960s. From his negatives he generally produced only a single portrait print of a particular actor or actress. Each of the individual negative images measure 2.25" square.
"AKACHUCK" Watermark was added for protection of buyer and seller and does not appear on contact sheet or the original negatives. All images are uncopyrighted. Buyer will have sole rights for use when purchased. Because photos are so easily duplicated - we accept no returns on our photographs & negatives.
