    Robby the Robot Covers on both
    Fully licensed, in the early 1990s Innovation Comics purchased the rights to publish an adaptation of the classic Forbidden Planet movie.  They did a great job with it.  It was first published as a 4 issue comic book series (#1 of which you get here).  They then collected all 4 issues into a graphic novel (Saga of the Krell which you get also), added more material on the making of the movie and behind the scenes photos.
