KM not listed, one year type, struck by the Franklin Mint for the Tibet as an Autonomous Region of China.  Crown size Essai, with the Dalai Lama on the obverse.    The coin is in its card of issue.
As indicated in "Numismatic Issues of the Franklin Mint 1968 Edition", page 99, the total issue of Bonded Silverclad medals was only 698.  100 medals were struck in .999 silver.
