I list him as rare because, I cannot locate another one like him. Great for any DOLL COLLECTION!! I have listed his sister, PAMMY, for sell also. His name is TRAVIS and he comes with a chair for displaying.  He is 18 inches tall wearing faded light green corduroy pants, hat and shoes. He has a wool zipper jacket. Hat and Jacket have a teddy bear applique I list him as rare because, I cannot locate another one like him.
