Your item is considered delivered when the Post Office shows a status of "Delivered".
I offer a combined shipping discount.

Buyer should contact me within 3 days of delivery of the item for a return request.
The returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery receipt.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Items must be in the same condition as received.
Only the item's listing/bidding price is refundable, shipping fees and insurance fees are not refundable.
Removing the coin from the holder you received will void return privilege.
International Order:
International Buyers are fully responsible for import duties, customs fees, and any extra delivery charges in their countries. Any loss caused by shipping or held by local custom is your own risk. There is no return or refund for international shipment.
