Antique Wood Napoleon style Hat Form Press - 18" extended sides 2 piece hat form

Description

Antique Millinery hat form - hat press.  The form has two wood pieces fitting together to press. Between them is a couple pressed stiff pads.  The form/press has areas covered with some type of dark resin.   This is a rarer form - have not found another - no makers markings found - Napoleon Style hat form
The mold measures about 18" x 8" -  It is 7.5" high with interior form inserted.
Made with solid wood - it weighs over 7 lbs unpacked.
