This is an Antique / Vintage Factory Wooden Mold / Pattern / Tool Industrial Salvage.
The mold includes the part number, 5050-X, two one with the number in high relief, and below that with shallow intaglio characters.
The overall maximum dimensions of the mold, measured along the centerlines, is 9 1/2" x 5 3/4", with a maximum depth of about 3".  The mold weighs just over 1 1/2 pounds.  We do not know the type of wood from which it is made specifically.

Condition:
The tool is overall in good condition, consistent with normal, rough use in a factory setting.  There are minor scuffs, scrapes, and some areas of fairly minor paint loss on the black outer ring as seen.
