    Description

    Antique DFB Co Trademark Gold Filled Victorian Lion Motif Hinged Bracelet W/Paste Stones. DF Briggs was founded in 1892 and used the trademark DFB Co until 1922. Many Carmen bracelets were produced by his company. This particular bracelet is extremely rare. The lion has red stone eyes and a clear stone in his mouth. Stones are secure. Gorgeous Victorian scroll on both sides of the lions head and scroll on the back of the bracelet. This bracelet has a 9” circumference and should fit most people. It measures 3” across. The letters JTL are engraved in scroll writing on the inside of the bracelet. It appears it’s also engraved on the back of the bracelet.There are minor scratches and some gold wash loss but I think age is commiserate to the condition. Weight is 30 grams.
