WOW. Super unusual piece. You shake it, the little beads in the
window shake
up the rulers, then ask a question, and the ruler slides out of the top of the head with a "bad" or "Best" answer. NEVER seen one like this before.
Minor wear is par for the course in vintage and antique pieces so please do not expect "like new" perfection.
