Antique 5 piece Wood Hat Form Mold Block Millinery Unusual Hat Maker Puzzle

Description

This is an unusual old hat form
5 pieces with numbers embossed on both the top & bottom
The two larger outside pieces attach to slots on the center piece, the smaller outside pieces don't attach but just slip in place
Measures 6-1/2" tall & 21-3/4" in circumference around the top (smaller part)
Quite an interesting old piece
