3 “Steampunk” Antique Wood Models Mold Numbers Foundry Manufacturing
These three models I have been told were used as models to make molds to then caste in metal at a foundry. Two are from the same company, PM Co., and are numbered. The third is the black Disc and it has a brass plaque with a number. The cool brown and black one measures 7 3/4”x 3 3/4” x 1 7/8”.
The teardrop shaped one measure 4 3/4” x 4” x 2”. The black disc measures 3 1/2” x 7/8”.
They belonged to an artist friend that used these types of things in her large construction art pieces. Great for Artists or collectors of old Manufacturing stuff.
