    The Official Chinese government mint at Shanghai created panda commemoratives with low mintages for the 50th Anniversary convention of the New York International Numismatic Convention (NYINC).
    They are officially sanctioned by the NYINC and the Chinese government's Shanghai mint.     Graded and authenticated by NGC as Proof 70 Ultra Cameo.
    The last official panda for the NYINC was in 1989 with a 1oz silver version and 1/4oz gold version.     It's been 33 years since a panda was minted for New York!
