    Description

Straight from the ANA's World’s Fair of Money!
These wonderful proofs are officially licensed products struck just for the American Numismatic Association’s 2017 World’s Fair of Money, held in Denver for the first time since 2006. The organization calls it "the biggest, most educational coin show in the country," and to celebrate, China’s Shanghai Mint has designed these new Silver Panda Proofs for your collection!
Each proof features two pandas on the obverse, taken from the same design used for the 2006 Denver commemoratives. Between them is the seal of the American Numismatic Association (ANA). The reverse features a Great Wall of China design from the classic 1987 Sino-Japanese Panda Proof, as well as the iconic reverse of the Pike’s Peak Gold Coin struck by Clark Gruber & Co. in 1860. In using these two reverses, the proof displays the lasting partnership between the ANA and the China Mint.
