This is the first time the China Mint has struck a Reverse Proof Silver Panda.

Each medal contains 1oz of Silver
The PF70 is listed as a Top Pop Coin with only 2173 in PF70 and the certificate is numbered (2013)
The PF 69 certificate is numbered 5547 ( I submitted this coin in for grading)
