For your consideration is one 2003 Chinese 10Yn 1 Oz Silver Panda graded as MS 70 (Frosted Bamboo) by NGC.
2003 saw two different types of bamboo in the background behind the Panda. One type of bamboo is the "Mirrored or Satin" variety and this coin being offered which is of the "Frosted" variety. Both varieties together only had a mintage of 600,000 coins. Panda 1 Oz Silver coins in the last few years have had mintage's of 8,000,000 or more coins.
