    In 1935 The Portland Rose Festival Association made the decision to produce a stamp which had a glue backing, but no postal value to advertise on all it's mail the coming June 6-7-8 festival. Most of these stamps were used in 1935. In our 20 years of buying and selling Rose Festival items, this is the third time we have seen unused stamps surface.
    Labor costs would be to high to take pictures and list each of about 30 stamps. What we are doing is providing pictures of one and two stamp offers. If for any reason you do not receive a stamp(s) your happy with just return it for a full refund.
