    Description

    Offered here are two original 1893 Freight Way-Bills from the Rio Grande Southern Railroad, one for Ore delivered from the San Bernardo Mining Company in San Bernardo (near Matterhorn Station) to Durango and one for freight delivered from Delores to Stoner Creek. The RGS Railroad ran on narrow gauge rail from Ridgway to Durango, Colorado, with the track completed about 1890 and abandoned in the early 1950's. Great pieces of early RGS Railroad history.
