    Description

    By virtue of the Statute of the 54th Victoria cap 8 commonly known as " The Tithe Act, 1891" tax bill and a reply letter stating change of ownership to Hereford Ross and Gloucester co railway all dated from 1893. I tried to take a photo of the water mark on the paper showing a royal seal.
