This listing is for the metal piece shown. To us, this looks like it could be a stamp to create a shoe sole or a form to create a shoe. The base measures approx 7" long and 2.25" wide at it's widest and about 6" tall. It is sharp on the bottom and reminds us of a cookie or biscuit cutter.
Undoubtedly cobbler tool. Undated, presumed 18th century. primitive americana history purchased at a local antique store in lancaster pennsylvania pa.
