#160 Lot of 26 Vintage Carved Bovine Pieces -Zuni Kachina Necklace, MORE!

About 20-25 years ago i was clearing out a property in San Francisco to prepare it to be listed for sale. In the garage i saw a big pile of old suitcases--they were all super heavy. Opening 1 I saw that it was filled with what looked costume jewelry---some clearly older, some looked contemporary. I didn't have the bandwidth to deal with it all but couldn't face throwing it all out so after finding out that no one involved in the property gave a damn about any of it, i put it all in my own storage place. And there it sat...and sat. Recently, after the whole "end of the world thing" i found myself with the time to go through it all. I put them in piles based on categories of my own making. This may or may not make sense but since I'm selling them all as lots i sure hope it does! A few things: Unless i make mention of it there are no obviously broken pieces in here. There wasn't much like that but i didn't include it. I tried to make sure that i only put as many items in each auction as could be pictured properly in the 12 photos they give you. So i don't have much in the way of description for you. Just look at the pictures and enjoy
#147-185    So-pretty much done with the silver which brings us back to the beaded stuff-Glass, jade, bone, gemstones, amber, coral, pearls etc. This is the area i have the hardest time with. I'm going to try to put these in lots that make sense-but I do not know all the terminology and I could easily get some things mixed up. Please just look at the pics and bid accordingly- which might mean bidding less than you would if you had certainty about every piece. Enjoy!
#160   THis is a lot of 26 Vintage Carved bone pieces---7 bracelets (5 stretch-a couple need new elastics-and 2 link).....3 Necklaces....1 Bolo.....2 Brooches...1 Dress clip.....2 pendants on chain (1/20 12K gf) .....5 sets earrings ( 3 pierced, 2 snapback)......2 Rings.....2 Bookmarks....1 whatever the hell that thing is (see pic). The huge Zuni Carved Bone/Antler necklace has 48 carved animals with a 2" Bear as Centerpiece. There are fish, Beavers, Birds, Frogs, Rabbits. The piece was for sale at some point for 0 as pic shows.   Great Lot
